The Fifth Column is the newsletter for the membership of the Big Muddy Historical Gaming Alliance. It is published at least quarterly and is mailed (via U.S. mail or e-mail) to all the members in good standing as well as to shops, vendors, and other interested parties. It can also be found in game and hobby shops in the St. Louis area. To make sure you don't miss an issue, join BMHGA. Click on the "About Us" link above, and scroll down to "Membership and Structure." In each issue, you'll find things such as articles on new games, game rules and tips, move-by-move replays of hard-fought and well-played games, notices of upcoming games and conventions, maps, Board minutes, and photos of past events. Advertising Rates for The 5th Column Prices below are per issue that your ad appears: $1.00 per column inch $2.50 for a business card size $5.00 for a 1/2 page $7.50 for a full page An ad must be paid for before it appears in the issue that you wish.
